Participants reflect on how trauma is presenting within their team and with people in their care. They evaluate how a trauma-informed approach to leadership can support the development of a therapeutic environment and culture.
Trust-Building Action Plan
Participants critically analyse and plan to implement evidence-based trust-building strategies within their context.
Coaching Role Plays
Through role-play, leaders practise evidence-based listening and questioning techniques that help them better understand their team members' needs, wants and perspectives.
Challenging Conversations Protocol
Through the lens of motivation theory, leaders learn to navigate challenging conversations by seeking to understand the perspectives, emotions and identities of others, while focusing on values and needs alignment.
